| Bedroom available from July 1st in a respectful, community-oriented home. In Britannia. $750 inclusive. House: Semi-detached, 4-bed, 2 bath, 2-story house with fully finished basement. Open concept main floor with entryway, living room, dining room, recently renovated kitchen, and private yard with patio & garden boxes. Rent includes all utility costs, internet, laundry facilities. Parking in driveway available for $20 per month. The available bedroom is upstairs, mid-sized (9’x12’), and West-facing. House is furnished, bedroom is largely unfurnished, although there is a chair and a few side tables if you want. You’ll be sharing the kitchen with two other people and a bathroom with one other person. Location: Great neighbourhood, steps to Britannia Beach, the Ottawa River, short walk to Mud Lake Conservation Area (big trees, birds, turtles, beavers, muskrats, wild turkeys, etc.), and tonnes of green space. Two blocks from Farm Boy. Easy walking distance to an interesting variety of restaurants and other stores, banks, etc, and a cinema. Transport: We’re close to 4 bus routes and a 15 minute walk from Lincoln Field station. Downtown is 15 minutes by car. We’re next to the Ottawa river trail system: Bike to the Parliament (12km), or head the other direction and hit the greenbelt and lots of hiking trails.
