| I am looking for a single quiet young professional/student to share my 2 bedroom apartment with starting July 1st. I will be the only other person sharing the apartment. The room is unfurnished. The apartment is located next to the Lincoln fields bus/train station. This is an excellent location there are many shops nearby all within a walk-able distance. Rent includes all utilities (water,electricity and internet (Rogers Ignite)). Parking is extra. Paid Laundry is available in the basement. Non-Smokers only / No Pets / No overnight guests No Lease agreement. I would like 2 months notice before departure. First and last required. I'm looking for a long term roommate 6 months or longer. If interested please tell me a little about yourself, how long you plan to rent and when you would be available to view the room. If this advertisement is up the room is still available |
