Can see campus from front door. My internship is ending, going home to write my thesis. I've already paid rent through March, so the room is free for a month and a half. Lease ends in August, can be renewed. Room is fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe, bedside table, cupboard, desk, chair, bookshelf. Also have a large industrial clothing rack. I am moving back to BC, so also leaving a fan, trash can, extension chords, etc. if you'd like them. House comes fully equipped with pots, pans, knives, toaster, blender, microwave, etc. Multiple fridges. In-house laundry. Landlords are great, they take care of shovelling in the winter, have been very good with solving problems and providing supplies. House has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms. Mix of students and interns. Great house to meet people and live close to lots of major spots in the city. 2 of the roommates organized a good cleaning schedule, so the house stays in pretty good shape! 5min to uOttawa 10 min walk to Loblaws 10 min to Rideau Mall 10 min to Byward Market 25 min to Parliament Hill/Downtown Ideally looking for a student or young professional.
