| My roommate and I are looking for a clean and responsible individual to join our cozy condo on Uplands Drive near Hunt Club and the airport. Our home features in-unit washer and dryer, two bathrooms, a spacious balcony, and we are very close to local bus lines, shopping, and walking trails/parks. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly, low traffic, and we have very thick walls between units. Parking is free on the street, and ocasionally there are spaces rented out in the complex. We value alone time and quietness at late hours, however ocasionally we do enjoy hanging out and having friends over / watching movies/ coloring/ cooking ect. The entertainment system in the livingroom is for everyone to use and guests are welcome with permission. Tidiness is important, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom. Turns should be taken every week to do a deep clean, dishes also need to be done promptly - best to leave a room a little bit cleaner than you found it. I have five adorable cats living here - they are very friendly and warm up very quickly, so cat lovers welcome - however safety precautions around doors and food storage are crucial to ensuring everyone stays safe and happy! I never expect you to clean up after the cats, just yourself and typical home upkeep (the cats have a separate room for their litter boxes). We also share costs on cleaning products such as dish soap, laundry soap, paper paper, and toilet paper, unless you prefer to buy your own products. (: As for the room, at request the bunkbed can be kept or removed. Not pictured in the photo is the very high ceiling /window as its covered with a tapestry - so there's infinite room for wall decoration. Rent will be $684/month plus hydro, we require first and last month's rent, and a previous landlord or roommate reference is also required. Please don't hesitate to message with any questions!
