I am looking for a tenant who is: - Smoke/drug free of any kind - Single person only (no couples and no room sharing) - No sleep over guests or parties -Respects cleaning schedule -No pets Our tenants tend to not want to move out unless they have to relocate to another city. They find in this house many benefits including comfort (since the house isn’t over crowded), cleanliness and affordability. An additional fee of $50 a month for a parking spot is available.
