I’m looking for a roommate to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in a corner-unit condo. The condo is fully furnished and includes in-unit laundry, a 60” TV with Netflix and surround sound. Most importantly, the kitchen comes equipped with a Nespresso machine. There is also a pull out sofa bed for any guests that you might have. Additionally, I have a monthly cleaner that comes in to do the common spaces. I’m pretty easy going, I work a lot and am often not home. I am simply looking for someone clean who can respect the space :) All utilities included: Hydro, heat, gas, high speed wifi. Just pay rent and tenant insurance.
