| One room will be available starting February 1, 2025, in a shared accommodation. We are seeking a mature female student and/or working professional for a 4-bedroom house in the desirable Alta Vista/Faircrest Heights area (off Alta Vista, south of Smyth Rd). Conveniently located near downtown, Ottawa General Hospital, Riverside Hospital, CHEO, University of Ottawa, Carleton University, and the RCMP headquarters. Just a 30-second walk to the bus stop, offering easy access to the University of Ottawa and downtown. Parking is available. Rent includes all utilities and Bell Hi-Speed Internet. The room is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Tenants have access to common areas, including bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, and laundry. Homeowners live on the premises in the basement. Must be comfortable with cats and not allergic to them.
