| All inclusive furnished room available for rent in my basement. The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. You will have access to a shared bathroom, living area and kitchenette. Bus stop right beside the house. 10 min walk to la cite college. You will be required to provide a VSC (police check) and immunization records because there is a home daycare in the main floor Mon to Fri. Perfect for students or professionals that work 9-5. If you sleep during the day or wake up late then this is not for you. For an extra $200/m you have the option to get home made Desi lunch/dinner so you don’t have to worry about cooking. First and last month rent is required. No pets or smoking. Only Muslims from India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh will be considered as this is a shared accommodation and we will feel more comfortable with a tenant that has the same culture and beliefs as us. Sorry to the rest of the folks but don’t feel discriminated against. |
