| One room for rent in an apartment, with shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. Close to both Algonquin College and Carleton University. Conveniently across the street from Ottawa's only 24-hour Shoppers Drug Mart! There is also garden space in our backyard if you have a green thumb :) Smoking is okay so long as it's done outside. Laundry machine and dryer on-site. Cats and small dogs and other small pets are allowed! Monthly rent is $800 all-inclusive, including internet and Netflix. First and last would be required. Parking is available for $50, and there is also a $50 key deposit. Seeking a long-term roommate ideally, but open to chat with anyone who inquires. You would be sharing the apartment with myself, a solo mom, and my six-year-old son. We are friendly, kind, adaptable, and respectful of others, and we are also LGBTQ-friendly :) Room will be available for June or July 1st, 2025 (move-in date is flexible). The room itself measures 9.2 x 10.6 not including the closet, and has a nice-sized double-window facing South. Feel free to message for any inquiries! |
