We are seeking a mature female student and/or working professional for a 4-bedroom house in the desirable Alta Vista/Faircrest Heights area (off Alta Vista, south of Smyth Rd). Conveniently located near downtown, Ottawa General Hospital and Riverside Hospital, CHEO, University of Ottawa, Carleton University, and RCMP. Just a minute's walk to the bus stop for easy access to Ottawa University and downtown. Parking is available. Rent includes all utilities and Bell Hi-Speed internet. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk & chair, and access to common areas including bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and laundry. We're looking for someone who is: - respectful - considerate - responsible - quiet - clean and tidy - organize - punctual with rent - fits well with the other housemates - Must not be allergic to cats, as there's a lovable feline in the household.
