| All inclusive room available for rent! $775 gets you the room, unlimited internet, heat/hydro, central air, parking, FREE LAUNDRY, and all the house staples (TP, dish soap, etc). Room can be furnished if needed. All you need to bring is your clothes and toiletries. With 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over two levels, there is a LOT of living space, and you’ll never feel crowded. House has a large backyard, perfect for having friends over in the summer time. The following are within walking distance: Mooney’s Bay - 5 minutes Hog’s Back - 10 minutes O Train - 10 minutes Billings Bridge - 20 minutes OC Transpo route 90 a 3 minute walk away, O-Train replacement bus is a 10 minute walk. Students are well placed - 20 minutes to Carleton, 30 minutes to Ottawa U, 30 minutes to Algonquin. There are currently 4 cats and 1 dogs living here - very friendly, and very well taken care of. If you have an animal, we would just need to have a meet and greet to make sure all the animals will get along. Everyone in the house gets along, but we all do our own thing as well. We are a safe space, if you feel you don’t fit in other places, give us a chance. One year lease preferred, open to shorter amount. Send an email whenever you’re ready! |
