I would cover $1,155 plus the utilities. I’m not open to negotiating the price as I would already be paying approx. $150 more than the roommate for the same space. Please do not request a viewing before introducing yourself. I’m a 29-year-old neurodivergent woman seeking a quiet, clean roommate.
