Sublet wanted for one bedroom in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Heron Park. FEMALE ONLY. Bathroom is shared with one other girl. The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, deep freezer, central AC, and a Wii. Each roommate has a large personal pantry. Sublet could start as early as August/September and would last until May 31st. Rent is 690$/month plus utilities and wifi(which are normally 40-50$ all together). Bedroom will be unfurnished but common spaces are furnished. Excellent transit access. Otrain line 2 and Heron station are a 10 minute walk away. Very close proximity to Billings bridge shopping centre (has a Walmart, independent, lcbo, and a dollar store). Current tenant is willing to sell mattress and bed frame to new tenant for 100$. Unrestricted street parking is available. Currently three female university students are occupying the space. We’re fourth year students at Carleton (psychology, child studies, engineering) all planning to take a 5th year. We are social and friendly, and like to spend time together in common spaces. We enjoy the occasional night out, but spend most of our nights hanging out at home. We’re looking for a female undergraduate university student who is kind, friendly, and willing to clean up after themselves.
