| Private Room For Sublet/Rent Old Ottawa East We are looking for 1 FEMALE roommate to move into our 3 story, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom recent graduate/young professional home. You will be moving into a home with 2 couples and 1 dog. Located in Old Ottawa East off of Main Street and it is a 30 minute walk or short bus ride to both uOttawa and Carleton. The bedroom available is pictured. Has a large window and closet. It is $800 plus wifi. Utilities are included! The yellow bathroom pictured will be all yours, no sharing needed! There is also in unit laundry and AC. The move in date is May 1st. We are looking for someone who would like to stay for at least 4-8 months with the possibility to extend. There is no off street parking available. No pets. Non-smokers. Our house is located in a great area near attractions such as The Green Door restaurant, Vespa Wine Bar, the Rideau Canal and is a 10 minute walk to Landsdowne and the Glebe.
