Hi there, I'm looking for a quiet and mature roommate; preferably a graduate student, working professional, or a 4th-year undergraduate if mature. You’ll be sharing the unit with me and my close friend; we are two 25-year-olds from Prince Edward Island currently attending Carleton University’s Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) program. This is for a private bedroom in a shared three-bedroom apartment. We are generally relaxed and focused on our studies. About the Unit: 378 First Ave in The Glebe. This is a beautiful, second-floor, three-bedroom apartment with a private entrance, private upper deck, and shared backyard. The unit is located in a large, purpose-built red-brick duplex on First Ave; it’s a well-maintained and cared-for home. The unit features a large living room, full dining room, and kitchen area with three large bedrooms (each with closets). The apartment is classic vintage Glebe with original doors, hardwood floors, stained-glass windows, original trim, oversized baseboards, a fireplace, and is newly renovated. It has been professionally painted, and the floors were recently refinished. The bathroom is fully renovated with glass tile, mosaics, and a rain shower. This apartment is rarely available. It also includes a new stacked LG in-unit laundry. Tenants pay for Hydro only. Bell fibre-optic internet included. Parking is available for extra or on-street.
