| Hello! I am currently looking for someone to sublet my room for the school year (September 3rd 2023 - April 28th 2024)! You will be sharing the unit with three other girls who are UOttawa students! We are looking for one more female student who is clean, responsible & friendly! Here's some information about the place: - Rent is $800 (everything is included) + internet - Washer and dryer is included - 15 to 20 min commute to UOttawa - 10 to 15 min commute to Carleton - 25 min commute to Algonquin - Busses come frequently; 5 min walk to the Heron bus stop - It is a four bedroom unit and three of the bedrooms are being subleased during the school year - It's a duplex with 2 bathrooms + living room and kitchen - No smoking If you have any questions feel free to contact me! |
