| Please read carefully. This is a legal purpose built one bedroom apartment. It is a half basement, with full sized windows. Only a part of the apartment is below ground. It is an apartment, not a room. Private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. It is an eleven month sublet for now from the owner. It has basic furniture that is very suitable for two people/two students. It is not available for longer than two years and the furniture will stay. It is available only furnished. It has a queen sized bed, futon, dresser, desk, and kitchen tables. It is basic, but clean. It is a very quiet and safe area, right next to a park. It is a ten minute bus ride to Ottawa U or the Parliament, and one straight bus to Carleton University. There are two units above and it is very quiet with mature students. You would need to be quiet as well, as there is some noise that travels through the older building. It is not suitable for loud people. It is very quiet, clean, and safe and very easy with one quick bus ride to downtown in a residential area. Grocery store is an 8-10 minute walk away. The length of period can be negotiated. But only between 8 - 18 months. You would need to be a full time student, and/or fulltime employed. Students, International students, and people transferred to Ottawa for work will be considered.
