| Split level bungalow - you would have the three bedrooms on the main level and private bathroom. Shared kitchen / dining area. Shared laundry in the basement. I have two dogs (very friendly) and two cats. Backyard with water feature and lounging area. I have a double car garage and laneway large enough to park two vehicles side by side. (4 vehicles if they are not large SUVs). I live within walking distance to Ikea. I have a cleaning person twice a month. All utilities are included in the monthly rent.
