| looking for a suitable mature female over 45 to share my 3 bedroom rental with me, must be a non smoker, no issues with pets as i have 1 cat and 2 small dogs, no more pets please, must be clean, tidy and self sufficient and not hanging around the house all day, non smoker is important as i have lung disease, which is under control but do not want more issues.. the home is clean and has a huge backyard, you would be able to use a fridge downstairs for fresh and frozen food and a shelf for your canned goods, i will be holding interviews in until i can find someone suitable, hoping to find someone by around June.. the House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Overbrook, room is fully furnished, rent would be approx 980 per month, depending on the season, that includes all utilities, however we share toilet paper, Paper towel, dish soap and laundry soap costs, this unit has parking to fit approx 4 cars.. |
