| Our house is a nice, bright spacious property in the Copeland Park neighborhood of Ottawa right near Clyde and Maitland. We have a house of only girls (4 in total) and are looking for a female (4th) housemate who is clean and respectful. There is only one tenant and everyone else is an occupant under them with the option to sign the lease whenever the tenant decides to leave the property. There is also the ability to move out whenever desired. The room will be on the bright main floor with a shared bathroom and a large shared kitchen. There is also a basement kitchenette, another shared bathroom in the basement, in unit washer/dryer, two living areas, a spare office space, front and backyard. There are currently dogs who live on the property so we are not looking to take on additional cats or dogs (other pets are negotiable). Rent is rising in June but is currently $717.50/mo plus the Hydro and Internet bills. Please contact for further information and address. Move in June 1st.
