| We are a couple (27F & 32M) looking to have a roommate move into the 2nd bedroom (unfurnished) of our 2 bed 1 bath apt. The unit is close to Trainyards with the bus #46 passing right in front of the appartment. Price includes all utilities and internet. Would need to ask landlord about parking as our lease allows us to rent additional spots for 50$ if any spots are available. WHO WE ARE: We are quiet people who like to watch TV and play video games. 32M works full time in person and 27F works part time in person and studies from home. We do not smoke or do drugs, however we occasionay have a glass of wine or a beer. The space would be shared with a Pug x Shihtzu mix that is well behaved (other than some agression towards bigger dogs). WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We would like someone quiet and clean. Small animal only and no cats (dog does not get along with bigger dogs and partner is allergic to cats). The appartment is non-smoking and there is a no party clause in the lease that we would like to respect. FULL DISCLAMER: we would be moving out after 1 year as I am going back to uni for a 2nd degree (not in Ottawa), but then you choose to move out or keep the appartment which is priced much below market price for the size and location. We can send pics of the place if we find each other a good fit, we would be open to giving you the bigger room if you would prefer hanging out in there than the living spaces.
