| We purchased a house and will no longer be needing our rental for the month of June, the last month of our 2-yr lease. We have the ground floor Indigo model, 1 of 3 units in the entire community that has its own private entrance. We are looking for a renter to takeover the last month of our lease. Afterwards it will be up to you to negotiate a new lease with Richcraft. We currently pay $2500/ month not including utilities. The community is quiet, comprised mostly of young families, professionals and retirees. It is a stone's throw away from the St-Laurent mall. We are the first renters and keep a clean and organized house. If you're interested we can send a video walkthrough of the unit. The building is also pet-friendly. |
