The building is conveniently located in the heart of Ottawa's downtown. Perfect for university students or working professionals! The rent of $1200 includes everything except for electricity, which will be split. The bedroom can be furnished if needed. The living areas are fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The unit features a panoramic balcony facing south and in-unit laundry. The apartment is very spacious, and there is a storage locker in the basement. The building amenities include an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, party room, rooftop sundeck, a garden on the ground level with BBQ, bicycle racks, etc. I don't have any pets and would prefer a roommate without pets.
