| KANATA - Room for rent Kanata / Katimavik available Aug 1st For single occupancy only. The room is $700 per month plus utilities (heat/gas, water, internet, electricity). Utilities are usually $75 to $125 each when split three ways. There is myself and one other roommate living in the house. I work full time at home, other roommate works full time out of the house. Looking for someone who is friendly but respectful of the other occupants and quiet. Main bath pictured with a shower is shared with the other roommate, but I use it to shower. I occupy the master bedroom which has its own half bath. Main floor has a powder room. The townhouse if super conveniently located in Katimavik, close to the 417, grocery stores and parks, and has A/C. The rest of the house is fully furnished and available for your use as well, but the room is unfurnished. One 30 to 40 min bus ride to Algonquin. I’m looking for someone who can provide first and lasts month rent, references personal and professional, proof of income, possible credit check and a possible background check. Snow clearing is done by the other roommate and myself, but you may be asked to help out. There is driveway parking available, but the other roommate does have a car and uses the garage for parking during the winter. I’m quiet, work full time, no kids, non cigarette smoker and looking for the same. |
