| Looking for quiet and clean roommate to share completely furnished apartment on the second floor of 1150 Fisher Avenue on the experimental farm in Central Ottawa. Good water pressure. Included: bathroom cleaning, high speed internet, basic cable in common space, streaming platforms, electricity, shared office space in common area, google home and apple homepod access, and all the pet cuddles you require. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. We don't keep alcohol in the house except on special occasions and would prefer someone of like mind. Edibles in the fridge are totally fine. Shower is shared but there are two toilets, one with a bidet. Cat litter is in the shared bathroom and is cleaned daily. Does not smell like cat, iykyk. The male, neutered cat is friendly. A small, old and quiet (yes!) dog lives here as well. There's a gym and an indoor pool open 8am-8pm. Laundry facility is open 24hrs. Pool is currently closed for summer preparations so no photo. Walking/biking distance to Carleton. Enquire if parking is needed. It is extra and subject to availability. |
