| Hello! My roommate will be moving in with their partner soon so I’m looking for someone (female or NB) to take over their half of the lease. Total rent is $1900/ month ($900 for the smaller room as seen in pictures and $1000 for the larger room) and is inclusive of all utilities, other than our internet package which $33/person. Whichever room you want is yours! Parking spots at the back lot of the building cost $75 per month, if needed. I’m a quiet homebody with two spoiled cats (Chief and Zaboo), and am looking for a like-minded young professional or mature student to share the space with. Our place isn’t strict with cleaning schedules or anything like that, but general common courtesy and someone with reasonable cleanliness is appreciated (We all get the big sad sometimes).
