Rent includes all untilities: Hydro, High-speed Internet, hot water, AC, heat, Washer & Dryer. All the tenants are very nice and quiet mature guys. Most of them have been living here for many years, never had any troubles. They always keep the house clean and you can rarely hear any noise in this house. Looking for another nice male roommate who is respectful, quiet and clean. First and Last month's rent needed. Lease term flexible.
