Bright and quiet, the apartment is in a great location in the Glebe neighbourhood, close to the Rideau Canal, Bank Street and the Museum of Nature. Hot water is included. Electricity is excluded (billed depending on your usage; should be around $45-50/month). You can keep my home internet for $45 or install yours. PS – I also installed an AC in the kitchen window. FURNITURE Bedroom: bed with Queen mattress, office desk, office chair, small bookcase, nightstand, TV and TV bench, sofa bed (futon), lamps. Kitchen: Window AC, table, 1 foldable chair, traditional oven and electric cooktop, microwave oven, fridge, equipment for cooking. LIVING IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Located few minutes from Rideau Canal and Bank Street, you will have plenty of supermarkets, fruit stores, convenience stores, fine food grocery stores (Loblaws/LCBO, 3 min; Metro, 10 min), including restaurants and coffee places, as well as sports facilities (YMCA, 5 min) and public parks (Patterson Creek Park, 4 min; Rideau Canal, 5 min; Lansdowne Park, 15 min). TRANSPORTATION The apartment is close to bus lines 56, 55, 6, 7, 85 and 14 which allow you to go to main destinations and take the O-Train. A bike lane to go downtown/Lansdowne is literally metres away, and the bike paths on Rideau Canal are really close. There is an outdoor bike rack available to occupants. NOTE Please note that this is a sublet and cannot be renewed as I will come back and live in the apartment after the date specified in the sublet agreement we will enter into. |
