| Looking to lease a fully furnished room (all utilities included), in Ottawa in my two bedroom apartment in downtown Sandy Hill, Ottawa. Move in date is September 1, 2021. The apartment is fully furnished with nice furniture and high-quality mattresses. It is located 50 meters from the front doors of the University of Ottawa at Henderson Avenue and Somerset Street. The room is fitted with a double mattress and bedding, a dresser, side table and lamp. Fibre optics high speed Internet is also included. In the apartment, there is a large open concept kitchen with all the kitchen gadgets, a spacious living room with 55’’ TV (Prime, Sundance & Netflix) with leather couches and a small den with desk facing the window in the back of the apartment by the available bedroom. There is a beautiful large private deck with patio furniture and a BBQ. There's also a huge roof top area with a picnic table, hammock and lounging area. Coin laundry is available in the building. This apartment is especially ideal for a quiet professional or someone seeking privacy since the bedrooms are separated by a hallway and you would only have myself staying in the apartment with you.
