| Hello! I have a room available for rent for FREE in exchange for SERVICES. The things I will require help with include things like housework, yardwork, organizing and help with minor maintenance and furniture building/moving this should be around 7-10hr/week/1h a day. This is a SHORT TERM arrangement- I am looking for help for a few months to get things sorted out around here. I am open to many kinds of people, but I myself am queer, atheist, mid 30's and disabled which is why I am looking for someone to help around the house. The Ideal candidate will have no pets and no vices (I am fine with edibles), clean police record check, references, and be a generally quiet, patient and laid back person who is tidy themselves and not distressed by mess or making requests. I have a senior cat and 2 small dogs (minpin is a temporary foster). The home is a small basement apartment of a duplex. We have a backyard, shed, mini dishwasher, full laundry, secondary living area/work space, mini deep freezer and one parking space. The home is located in Britannia, a 20 minute walk from Lincoln Fields station, ten minute walk to the beach, lovely neighbourhood. The house is messy and currently quite dirty but it is free of any kind of pest. Honest photos posted to show the kindof mess and work thatneeds done. Please note this is a ONE BEDROOM apartment, my living space is a nook in the living room, it is blocked off by a room divider and comfortably private, the available room is approximately 10×10 (maybe a bit bigger) and does not have a closet, there is good light from two decent sized windows. Move in date immediate, but the room will need some clearing out, as seen in picture, there is more stuff in there now. |
