| FEMALES ONLY - Beautiful and spacious room with plenty of natural light, complete with your own private washroom. The apartment is a large, well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I currently live with my two adorable orange cats who mean the world to me—so being a cat lover is essential! No additional pets, please. While I enjoy my space, I'm looking for a like-minded roommate to help share living costs (thanks to the rising cost of living). I work as a personal trainer, and live a healthy, active lifestyle. Ideally, I'm seeking a roommate who's tidy, respectful, and punctual with rent. Bonus points if you're into health and fitness or prefer a low-key, goal-oriented lifestyle like me. While I enjoy the occasional social outing, I’m mostly focused on my work and personal goals. I'm fine with you having guests over (such as a boyfriend), but prefer to keep overnight stays occasional as we’re sharing the space. You'd have access to the apartment gym, and other amenities. A parking space and all the bills are included in the price ($1200/month). Available May or June 1st, must pay first + last months rent. |
