| This listing is for the small bedroom with a large vaulted window and standard closet. There is a larger bedroom with a walk-in closet available as well. I'm looking for one or two roommates for a gorgeous modern home in Barrhaven. Longfields station is right across the street, visible from the front door, so it's very easy to get around. One bus to Algonquin College, very convenient. One bus to Chapman Mills Marketplace, so very quick and efficient to go shopping, restaurants, theatre, etc. There is a convenience store, grocery store, two cafes, three restaurants, a bubble tea shop, a doctor's office and a dentists office on the same street, all within a 2 minute walk. I'm looking for someone clean, and reliable. Ideally a similar age, young working professional or student. Single occupant only. If you are a couple, you get access to two bedrooms for 1950. I would prefer a single roommate, but would be open to two people if we all get along well. I'm allergic to dogs unfortunately, so not pet friendly. Would be okay with a cat. The house is furnished, you don't need anything other than furniture for your bedroom. I use it currently as a guest bed, so if you like the basic furniture, there is a furnished bedroom option. The house comes with a backyard patio set, hot tub, multiple TVs, a PS5 including VR headset, finished basement, all available for use. Price is 850 + bills or 950 all inclusive. Larger room available for 1300 all inclusive. Both bedrooms are single occupant only. If you are two people, you will have to rent both rooms. Again, a single occupant per bedroom. Not willing to live with more than two other people. Happy to rent for as long or short term as you prefer. Prioritizing people with decent personalities. Willing to work out a daily, or weekly price as well. |
