| Hello! I am currently looking for someone to sublet my room for the school year (October 1st 2023 - April 28th 2024)! You will be sharing the unit with three other girls who are UOttawa students! We are looking for one more female student who is clean, responsible and friendly! Here's some information about the place: - Rent is $800 (everything is included) + internet - Washer and dryer is included - 15 to 20 min commute to UOttawa - 10 to 15 min commute to Carleton - 25 min commute to Algonquin - Busses come frequently; 5 min walk to the Heron bus stop - It is a four bedroom unit and three of the bedrooms are being subleased during the school year - It's a duplex with 2 bathrooms + living room and kitchen - No smoking If you have any questions feel free to contact me! |
