Unit Is a spacious bachelor/studio apartment located right between Little Italy and Chinatown with a 5min walk to either. Building has coin-operated laundry as well as a parking area (reach out to landlord after lease assignment to find out more) as well as street parking available around building. Heat and water are covered by building, tenant pays Hydro and Wifi/cable. Looking for a January 1st move-in. All applicants MUST be able to submit government issued ID and have 3 recent paystubs for proof of employment, as well as previous landlords for reference. Unit size listed as 1 because I honestly have no idea how big it is but tried to take best pics I could to show size. Some have said it's bigger than it looks. |
