My younger brother is a quiet gamer lives there, with my quiet friend Nakita who works as a realty appraiser from home, but is gone a lot. They each have a cat they keep in their rooms with them. Both of their rooms are massive - so they have their own living room in there with couches and their desk etc. - so communal living room youd be the only one using it! You’d be spoiled with tons of space! Only you and Nakita use the big kitchen. My brother is set in his room except for the odd time. My backyard is 2 acres fenced in as well gorgeous area, you wont get privacy like this in all the fish bowl back yard town houses or singles anywhere in the city lol we even have fires in our backyard in the Summer. Such a special hidden gem! Country living IN THE CITY!! So incredible!!!!!! All cul de sacs in this mature safe family development, so no drive through traffic down our street period. Perfect location between Barrhaven and Kanata. Literally have double or triple of every amenity less than 10 min drive from here to B or K. I also include a cleaner for this price, and toilet paper and paper towel cleaning products fully equipped kitchen as well! Setting up viewings over the next couple of weeks. Been renting rooms for almost 20yrs. I keep it simple. That’s why I like month to month, as if each month someone decides to stay they are happy, and thet works best for them. When life takes their path somehwere else, Ive had dozens of roomies over the years, no stress, no sweat, just give me the months notice :) I’m a super down to earth athletic tomboy. We rotate taking the garbage and recycling outside as a team. Preferably someone in their 20-30s that is introverted like basement roomies. They have a land party to play board games few times a year so geeky sweet big hearts. Not a party place or for kids.
