| Large, fully furnished room available for August, within a four bedroom townhouse in Old Ottawa South. It is near Carleton University, and also pretty close to the University of Ottawa. The rent is $600/month, all-inclusive. Female only (the other roommates are as well). The room comes with a queen sized bed, shelves, sit-stand desk, office chair, closet, minifridge and microwave. There is non-coined operated laundry in the basement. There is no parking or yard, but there is a nice grassy laneway in the back, and a little balcony. Only two other girls will be here during the summer - one is a student, and one just graduated from a MA program.
