| Hi there, I am a working single mom with 2 teenagers 13 year old girl and 17 year old boy. I have been at my job for 10+ years and I am an office manager. I am also on ODSP. We also have a family dog who is a female 4 year old lab/ terrier. She is very well trained and we clean up after her when she does her duty. With the high cost of living and supporting 2 kids on my own it has been very hard to find a home that can meet what I can afford.. So I have a very close friend who is a full time construction worker willing to help me out with finding a bigger home then what I am in. I am stuck in a small 2 bedroom apartment having to share a bed with my daughter to be able to make ends meet. It would also help him out to be able to have a bigger space other then a small room. I am hoping there is someone with a 3 or 4 bedroom house or townhouse ranging from 2400 to about 2700 willing to rent to us. We both have good credit, quiet people and don't party or do drugs. I am a family girl that likes to have family gatherings during holidays and I haven't been able to do that since moving to Ottawa 4 years ago. Is there an understanding landlord out there that can help us out? We will take care of your home as if it were our own.
