Close to all amenities, 9 minute bike ride to Carleton University or one bus stop away. The #141 Billings Bridge bus service route is available at the 6139 bus stop a couple of houses away or make a short 8 minute walk to Heron Station. The kitchen is also furnished with various kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, bowls, dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans. There is a second refrigerator and a shared furnished living/dining room. The house has two shared full bathrooms. One on the top floor and one in the basement. The second shared full bathroom is in the partially finished basement next to the clothes washing machine and dryer. High Efficiency Natural Gas forced air heating as well as a natural gas fired water heater. Central Air Conditioning as well. It has a twin sized wooden bed-frame with headboard, but no bed sheets and no pillows. One under bed pull out drawer for storage. Over the mattress there is a clean waterproof mattress cover. There is one bedside table having a table lamp. The window has blinds and curtains. There is a good sized desk, an office swivel/lean back chair, a metal frame upholstered chair, a spacious dresser and a closet. Hard wood floors throughout, but ceramic tiles on the floors and walls in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cement flooring in the basement. Spacious private back yard with a porch leading from the kitchen. The price does not include utilities. Utility costs are shared among the tenants in the house. A shared 150 Mbps unlimited internet is also available. Non smokers, no vaping, no marijuana, no street drugs and no pets. Each room is rented separately with areas of common access included.
