| Hey!! We are looking for a roomie :) we are a house with a young family of three looking for someone to rent a $800 good size Private room for one in a three bedroom condo. No pets. Nice size deck to relax after a long day. Smoke friendly household if done outside. One full bath and one half bath all shared. In unit laundry (dryer and washer). Full kitchen including fridge, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher! First and last required! Hydro spilt four ways (varies month to month), internet $25/ per month . Baseboard heating, no A/C unit but you can put in your own. Parking spot is available for $50 extra. Great location for bus routes including 93, 294, 98 and the 6. Also close to south keys station. Tons of restaurants, groceries stores, clothing shops, coffee shops and many more all within walking distance! Preferably looking for a young professional. Someone who is clean, friendly, talkative and chill. We want to be able to share the common space and feel comfortable and friendly around each other. Think you fit the vibe so far?
