| A room for rent for one person or a couple. The full bathroom beside the room is available to you and two other individuals (both Females). Non-smoker(s) and non-vaper(s) only. Do not contact if you smoke anything. No Pets, and No Guests/ No Visitors policy. The room has its own lock and key, and a built-in closet with double railing mirror doors. There is a desk and a twin bed (single bed) in the room (if you wish to bring your own furniture, we will remove them. Free unlimited high-speed internet available. Free parking available upon request (by signing the parking agreement for the spot, complementary to main lease). The rent inclusive for the room comes to $790 per month for one person occupancy, or $890 per month for two-person occupancy. All occupants of the house including you have access to Kitchen, eating area, laundry room, and common area on the main floor of the house. The room is on the second floor of the house. -At least 2 non-family member references required per person (they should be reachable via phone call) Lease is in from of a 2 to 4 month period with option to renew. You may renew a lease as many times you wish to match with your desired time of stay. (Do not contact if you require a lease for less than 2 month period) The rent covering the entire period of each lease, initial or renewal, is due at start of that lease. For an initial 2 month period lease, the total payable is the same as if you were paying the first and last month for a year lease, the difference is that you are paying for the first two month, the 2 month period of the lease 5 minutes walk to a bus stop 5 minutes drive to South Keys 6 minutes drive to Greenboro |
