| ROOMMATES WANTED 4 Bed 2 Bath - House 3-BEDROOMS AVAILABLE - (All inclusive) $800.00 a bedroom My roommates are moving out in December due to moving in with their partner so I am currently looking to fill 3 available rooms. 5 min walk to plaza with McDonald's, shoppers, dispensary, fresh fruit, grocery store, service canada, bus stop to billings and cu (88, 111) 5min to CU by car 11min to Algonquin by car 5min to Walmart by car $20 Uber downtown on Fridays (usually) Info about the property: (all included in the rental cost) - 3 Private room ($850.00 each) - 2 shared bathrooms - Backyard access - Basement storage - AC - heat - water - hydro/electricity - 2 parking space each (3 total) all included in the rental cost. - Living room will be mostly furnished. - Bedrooms will need to be furnished. - Pets allowed as long as they can get along with my cat. - Internet (extra$$) Kitchen & living room will be shared with basement tenant (aka me). Backyard access is shared with unit above us, but lots of room and space for patio and BBQing. Laundry is free and in a shared space in the basement.
