| Lease assignment for two-bed, two-bath apartment in Westboro starting February 1, 2025. One month free! We’re looking to assign (aka, transfer) the lease on our two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 815 sq ft apartment in Westboro Connection, a three-year-old building at 1960 Scott Street. Rent is $2,550 per month, which includes heat and hot water. The lease runs until August 31, 2025, with one month of free rent, and then converts to a month-to-month rental. We prefer to assign the lease from February 1 onward, but have some flexibility for a slightly earlier move-in. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and good sized central living space. There’s a large south-facing balcony, ensuite washroom in the main bedroom, and in-suite laundry. Both the unit and the building are very quiet, and pet-friendly. Rent includes full access to the gym, several social and communal rooms, and a terrace with barbecues. Underground parking is available on site at an extra cost, and bike lanes and numerous bus routes run right in front of the building. In the adjacent building you’ll find a Farm Boy, Bridgehead, and other stores and services. Richmond Road, Wellington Street and Westboro Beach are all just a short walk away. We love the unit, the building and the neighborhood, but we’re moving out because we bought a new house that will be ready in late January. |
