Looking for a roomate October 31st, either professionnal or student. 1 bedroom with shareable office. Water, heat and parking included. Only hydro is extra. If you dont have a car, the rent will be 35$ cheaper montlhy. Central AC and laundry in the house. Dishwasher, refrigerator and oven included. The house is mainly furnished, you'd only have to fill in your own room. Yearly lease. I work on a 4 weeks cycle, so you would have the house for yourself one month out of 2. Snow removal and yard maintenance is included. Nice backyard with a patio and a shed for storage. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Saint-Laurent mall. 10 minutes walk from O-train station and bus stations. About 15 minutes from the university of Ottawa and La Cité. Walkable groceries and shops nearby. Spacious kitchen if you like to cook and nice living room. Smoke free house and no pets aloud. I'm available in french as well.
