| I am looking for a female roommate for my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. The common areas are completely furnished - you would only need to furnish the bedroom. The bedroom can come with a bedside table and a dresser if desired. The unit also has a private enclosed balcony and a shared laundry unit in the basement. Ideally looking for a year-long roommate (with potential for extension), but a shorter lease is also possible. The monthly rent is $800 (including water, heat, and laundry). Hydro and internet are extra. This unit is within a 2 minute walk to Metro. There are 4 bus routes at the end of the block for easy access around Ottawa. The unit is a 15-20 minute commute by bus to uOttawa. Parking is potentially available depending on availability, and the unit comes with additional storage. |
