| I am looking to sublet a room in a furnished 3 bedroom apartment at west village residence. The apartment is pet-friendly, and comes fully furnished with a couple couches, a TV and a printer. The kitchen area has a dinner table and 3 stools, as well as a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. The apartment comes with its own laundy room with a washing mashine and dryer. The bathroom is very large with a bidet and bathtub. The other 2 tenants are very clean, quiet, friendly and respectful, having given me food/medications for free on multiple occasions while I was sick. They are fun to talk to but are not intrusive and definitely won't get in the way of your studies. The apartment is on the ontario tech/durham college campus, right next to the gym.
