It is 12 by 10 feet. The main bathroom will be shared between you and two other tenants. The kitchen is shared and has enough cupboard space for everyone. Washer and Dryer is shared between the tenants. The house is pet friendly, we currently have two cats in the household who are both friendly. There is one parking spot available in the driveway but preference will go to those who do not need parking.
