| Looking to rent a room to a female student or young female professional. 1 person per room. Bathroom will need to be shared by the 2 tenants whose rooms will be on the same floor. Other common areas like the kitchen and living room will be shared by all. Main Intersection = Winchester Road East and Simcoe Street North in Oshawa. 4 ROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON MARCH 1, 2025. The rooms will NOT be furnished, so tenants will have to bring their own stuff. The home is a 15 minute walk from Ontario Tech University and Durham College. It is a 5 minute walk to Rio Can Wind fields retails which includes Frescho, Dollarama, LCBO, Scotiabank, Starbucks, Tim Hortons and Wendys. It includes salons, spas etc. McDonalds just opened up! Costco is also a 5 minute walk, along with BMO, and much more. Rent is $800, this includes unlimited internet, use of laundry facilities and kitchen. Parking lot is available with additional cost of $50 monthly. Utilities (hydro, water, gas, central AC/heating) will be split equally among roommates. First and Last month required. Proof of studies and/or proof of employment required. References may be requested. No smoking and non vaping environment. No guest or pets allowed. No parties.
