Empty nesters with a room to rent to the right candidate. Must be tidy, quiet and respectful. High-rise apartment at Taunton and Ritson Rds. Oshawa. Utilities and wifi included. Must not be afraid of or allergic to cats or dogs. Room to rent plus shared living space (including large balcony). Room includes a double size futon bed with a thick mattress and one dresser (optional). FIRST AND LAST PLUS REFERENCES We are smokers - air purifiers in all rooms. We have two balconies and have the apartment windows and doors open during the warm weather and run purifiers during the colder weather. The room offered has an air purifier and an air conditioning unit.
