| I have a room for rent near a bus stop handy for getting out and about I have pets so no pets as they might not get along So also must love pets As for reasons I will only rent to a female this is a two bdrm apartment with full use of back yard I have a BBQ and patio set out back also have a washer spin dryer that works amazing so laundry is after 6 pm during the week and all day on weekends the energy saver times share the kitchen and bath Room will be available July 1 I am in south oshawa clean quiet street the odd issue here and there but nothing major Wifi included if you want cable for a TV there will be a rental fee for the box added 20 for that on you not me My room is at one end of apartment yours is at the other end again I have two dogs one register but retired and one in training he's a pup but a big boy loves everyone but will slobber and my bunny i have is the only pet I have he's in a pen so not free run Message for a chat and if we click we can meet |
