| Lovely North Oshawa home looking for an additional roommate. 10 minutes north of the 401. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood. There are 4 bedrooms total but only one is, currently, available for rent. The home is currently inhabited by 3, male, working professionals ages 25-35. The landlord also lives in the home (me, Karim). The room available shares one large bathroom with another housemate (includes both a shower and a jacuzzi tub). It also has its own parking spot on the driveway. It is a spacious home (~3,500sqft) and includes 2 living rooms, theatre room, home gym room, etc.). Rent ($950) is all inclusive. TV has cable (+sports), Netflix, Crave, Amazon, Disney+, and Apple TV. Discount available for those who do not live here on the weekends (ie. contractors). We are more concerned about finding a clean, respectable and compatible roommate than renting the room at all. We all participate in and are expected to keep the house clean and maintained via a shared chores list (pic attached). Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves in a timely manner. So far, we’ve only been renting to coworkers or personal references but it might be time to open up to others. Please be expected to provide references, employment letter, criminal background check and a credit check. First and last month is requested in advance. No smoking cigarettes indoors or vapes in shared spaces. No pets. No couples. No room-sharing. No undergrad students. Please be above 25 years of age.
